| Periods of showers and storms will dominate the first half of the week ahead, bringing chances for a few strong to severe storms as well as areas of heavy rainfall and localized flooding. While exact timing is uncertain, the favored time for stronger storms currently appears to be evening to early overnight for tonight and Monday night, and during the afternoon-early evening on Tuesday. The greater threat from heavy rain, and a potential for localized flash flooding, would be focused from Monday night through Tuesday. Please remain weather aware the next few days, especially if you have outdoor plans. |
